RETURN & EXCHANGES
At LCJ, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option within 7 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated expenses, including insurance and secure packaging. Items must be returned: In original, unworn condition With all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, unless proven faulty.
RETURN PROCESS
1. Email our returns team at returns@luxurychoices.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and a reference number.
3. Package your item securely and send it via a tracked and insured service.
Important: We are not liable for lost or damaged returns. We recommend retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
EXCLUSIONS
